Welcome to Zymriees!

coconuts.jpeg

We are a small hobby farm located about 30 miles North of Kansas City, Missouri. Our focus is on the Nigerian Dwarf breed, and we raise them for milk and show. We attend ADGA sanctioned shows and participate in the linear appraisal program. We plan to become ADGA Plus members soon and participate in DHIR as well. We maintain a negative, clean tested herd. We test annually for CAE, CL, and Johnes.

Our goal at Zymriees is to produce beautiful dairy animals that are conformationally correct and competitive in the show ring, with ample production over extended periods of time.

Whether you are looking for show quality animals or just a couple pets, we may have exactly what you're looking for! Please contact us if you have any questions about our herd.

History

My original herdname was registered with ADGA in 2013 (Majic*Moon). I started out with a couple of Nubians when I was very young (way before my days of being an ADGA member). My first goat was a big soggy grade Nubian doe named Daisy. In the spring of 2012, I decided I wanted LaManchas and that's when I began my involvement with ADGA and showing. I still have one of my original LaMancha does today. I dispersed my herd shortly after graduating high school and took a five year break from the goats.

Now, we are back in the dairy goat game and rebranded as Zymriees Dairy Goats. I wanted a herdname that had zero connotation to it, and a name that could grow alongside our new journey in the Nigerian Dwarf breed.
